ORDERS
- What do I do if I need to modify my order?
We are very fast in preparing orders, but for any changes or cancellations, please send us an email to hola@jamondonjuan.com
- I have not received an email with the purchase confirmation, is everything correct?
Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation of your purchase by email. If you have not received it in your inbox, remember to check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, write to us at hola@jamondonjuan.como so we can provide you with a copy.
- How do I apply a discount code?
At the end of your purchase, after having entered your information and having selected the payment and shipping method, you will find a box where you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered it, click on “Apply Code”, and the discount will be automatically applied to the total price of your purchase.
SHIPPING
- Do you do free shipping?
Shipping in Spain is free from €59. The shipping cost will be automatically discounted in the purchasing process.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship to Spain peninsula, Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. International shipping throughout Europe (see price when ordering).
- When will I recive my order?
Delivery time 24/72 hours. If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. (Madrid time), it will leave the warehouse that same day. Please note that the shipping company does not ship on weekends. When placing your order we will provide you with a tracking number. If your order is delayed, please send us an email to hola@jamondonjuan.com and we will review it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Once the purchase is made, for health safety reasons we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns of the purchased products.
